Download the Net Retriever Support UtilityThere is no need to panic – support is available! There are a number of ways to contact the Net Retriever™ Helpdesk, including:

  • Using the big red DON'T PANIC button to the left to download and run the Net Retriever™ Support Utility. This will give our support staff remote control of your desktop/keyboard/mouse to help you resolve any problems you may be having (Note: you need to run this utility each and every time – we cannot initiate the connection from our end and if you choose to “Run” or “Open” it from the website (instead of saving it) it won’t remain on your system)
  • If your problems are not so urgent, you can always email support from the “Contact Us” page. This is the preferred method of communication as it allows our staff to provide more detailed answers to your questions
  • Skype™ users can also call/instant message the Net Retriever™ support staff (Free of Charge) using this link Add me to Skype
  • Alternatively, there is also an old fashioned telephone support line – 1300 789 769 – for the times when you need to contact support direct

Our commitment to our customers

The Net Retriever™ support staff have been trained NOT to pass the buck! We endeavour to resolve all interface related problems our customers are having without shuffling them over to the hardware or software vendors! This means: it doesn’t matter if the problem lies with the guest service hardware, the PMS, or even Net Retriever™ itself – we will communicate with all parties to resolve the problem and take steps to ensure it never happens again.
